Refund policy

Don't like what you ordered? no problem. You have 3 days post delivery to raise an exchange request.

Full Refunds or Free exchanges will be provide in case of Damages and wrong deliveries.

In Any other case, no refunds will be provided. However, We are happy to provide exchanges and store credit. in the above case, a processing fee of 100 INR will be charged.

Once return request is raised, please allow another 2-4 working days for us to process your request.

Refunds (in case of wrong or damaged delivery) take upto 5-7 working days and will be made on your original source of payment.

Returns will not be accepted post 3 days of delivery. Returns will also not be accepted more than once. In case return pick up is not available at customer's location, the customer will be liable to ship the product back to our warehouse, cost will be re-imbursed for the same.

We do not accept returns for customised lenses in any case except for damage.

COD charges are non-refundable.
